OpenClaw Pros ("we", "us", "our") operates the OpenClaw Pros service. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We collect information you provide directly when using our services:

• Name and email address when you contact us or sign up
• Payment information processed securely through Square (we do not store card details)
• Communication history through Slack, email, or our contact form
• Technical details about your OpenClaw setup needed to provide our services

How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our OpenClaw setup and management services
• To communicate with you about your service, updates, and support
• To process payments through Square
• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support

Your Data on Your Systems

When we set up and manage your OpenClaw instance, we may have access to your server, API keys, and agent configuration. We handle this with the same security practices we apply to every installation:

• Credentials are stored in encrypted vaults, never in plaintext config files
• Access is limited to what's needed for setup and maintenance
• We use Tailscale for secure remote access — no open ports
• We do not access, read, or store your agent's conversation data

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Square — payment processing
• Slack — client communication (Command Center and Full Concierge plans)
• Email — transactional emails via Plunk (built on AWS SES)

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your service is active. Communication logs are retained for 12 months after your last interaction. Payment records are retained as required by law. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Security

We take security seriously — it's literally what we sell. All internal systems use encrypted connections, access controls, and audit logging. We do not store payment card information; all payments are handled by Square.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for communications at any time

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify active clients of any material changes via email.
